Precise Explosion is an Ascension.
Increases 
Explosion? damage if it only hits 1 enemy. Very effective against elite enemies and bosses, since they will outlive normal enemies and take boosted damage from every Explosion.
The damage bonus is multiplicative, allowing it to boost all other bonuses instead of stacking with them. This greatly boosts it's effectiveness when with many other bonuses to damage, however without them it's bonus is less than other ascensions.
Level 3 bonus: the restriction is somewhat reduced, now increasing damage if 3 or fewer enemies are hit at once, letting it work on small groups.
